Selling 85 homes in my first year I achieved the #2 position at Royal LePage Coronation West for 2005 as well as receiving the Royal LePage Diamond Award which recognizes the top 3% of the Royal LePage sales force in BC. I also became a member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's Medallion Club.
This club recognizes the top 10% of realtors in the Greater Vancouver area.

Our buying experience was fabulous....Even though this was not the first house we purchased Candace made it very stress free....She is not your typical realtor that leaves you hanging on by strings....She keeps you completely informed on everything.....With two very small children she was excellent and patient....Candace is the kind of realtor that really listens to what you want and works tooth and nail to find the perfect house for you and your family, you never feel pressured into anything and she shows you everything in your price range (not just the houses at the top and over your price range)....She the best realtor that we have used and I would recommend her to anybody whether it is your first house or your tenth....Thank a bunch Candace!
