THROUGH THICK AND THIN!!!!

Recently my wife Marlie and I went condo hunting in East Vancouver and encountered a number of problems with our first offer when the owners went to court to fight over the ownership of the property. Things started to get beyond our control as buyers and we eventually cancelled the offer on our realtor's advice.

 

All of this involved a lot of time and effort from our realtor Candace Cappellaro, who performed an outstanding job on our behalf, never giving up, always keeping us informed of the status when dealing with the original unit, arranging cancellation of the home inspection at short notice with no penalty and throughout always looking for a viable alternative on our behalf. Throughout this experience Candace demonstrated total care for our wellbeing giving us excellent representation.
